At Kaleido Roasters USA, we stand behind the precision and quality of our home roasting equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Roaster

  Securely pack the roaster in its original double-walled box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
